Very simple and straight forward process. Takes away the will it won't it happen scenario. The current procedure via estate agents is archaic and needs a total reform. The auction process finds the time wasters and focuses on the serious buyers. Yes you may get more if you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait for the traditional methods to work but quite frankly I have better things to do in life!! Olly is a top man and calls a spade a spade.
