I decided to sell a High Yield Investment Property in Clifton comprising of the freehold divided as five self-contained flats. I instructed Hollis Morgan alongside another Estate Agent on a joint sole agency basis with a long stop auction date if the Investment failed to sell by private treaty. The agreement between both agencies was on a winner takes all basis. In property career lastingover 30years in the city I have never dealt with a firm that is more efficient than Hollis Morgan.
