This helped speed the sale and the completion, where there were problems along the process because Mike had contacted us we could sort the problem out and the purchasers were able to  move in two and a half months after the sale had been agreed .   So many estate agents forget the job is not done until completion not just the initial agreed sale.

I had valuations from about half a dozen local estate agencies before seeing a Sold by Hollis Morgan sign outside a flat on the next block to mine. Olly came round to value my flat, gave me the highest valuation together with the lowest fee and a great amount of confidence that the property could be sold quickly.
True to word, Calum came round the next day to take photos then Mike took over to do viewings. We had an above asking price offer from the first day of viewings and then another on the second day. I accepted the first offer which was then withdrawn, but Mike dealt with this so professionally that I was never stressed about it, he already had a back-up offer there for me to accept and I was able to move on and find a house to buy. And because of Hollis Morgan selling my flat for well over what I expected to get for it, I was able to offer over asking price on the house I wanted to secure a sale in an extremely competitive market.

Throughout the long, drawn-out chain that finally emerged, Calum at H&M was great. He kept me informed about what was going on, promptly answered my questions about little matters relating to the property, regularly updated me about the work being done to chase the chain and returned my calls if he was out of the office. Calum was honest about timescales and his hard work with the seller to complete the chain finally paid off - seven months later!

I first put the property on with Hollis Morgan last year and was disappointed that it didn't sell. I decided to give them another opportunity this year as they were keen to prove their worth and their determination to want to sell the house impressed me.

After re-instructing them in late January, they had 5 viewings booked in the first week and the house was sold with 5 days of being marketed and very close to the asking price.

Contracts were exchanged on 2.4.15 with completion fixed for 15.4.15. The whole process has taken just 8 weeks tor each exchange and Mike and Calum have kept me updated at every stage and always return calls promptly!
