Everyone at Hollis Morgan has been really helpful throughout the process of selling my flat.

In particular they really came in to their own after a buyer had been found because after the initial acceptance of an offer things can often unravel and sales can fall through, but I can say that Hollis Morgan were excellent at making sure the sale went through as smoothly as possible.

I have used other agents in the past and this is often where agents can be very poor but Hollis Morgan were brilliant at keeping the momentum of the sale going.

In addition, when viewings were taking place they were obviously getting legitimate buyers through the door, rather than trying to impress me with lots of viewings from time wasters, which is something that I think other agents are very guilty of.

Overall Hollis Morgan have been really good to work with and have been streets ahead of other agents that I have used in terms of their level of professionalism at every stage of the selling process.

"Hollis Morgan played a vital role in our development of Napier Miles House advising us at all stages from the moment we first expressed an interest in the opportunity through to the final house sale.
