The initial asking price for the property seemed reasonable, but the market was very slow and the flat itself was slightly ideosyncratic meant we had to review this a number of times. It eventually sold for 9% below the original asking price (see comments below on the valuation. I think generally agents are struggling to price properties in the current market). The team persevered over a few months, in the difficult market, and we eventually sold the property for an acceptable price. Calum and George kept me fully apprised of any developments, i got feedback after each viewing, and we worked effectively together to adjust the asking price and eventually negotiate the sale. My experience with HM was significantly better in terms of their client service and communication, than i have experienced with other agents in Bristol and London. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other sellers.
