My experience with HM was significantly better in terms of their client service and communication, than i have experienced with other agents in Bristol and London.

The initial asking price for the property seemed reasonable, but the market was very slow and the flat itself was slightly ideosyncratic meant we had to review this a number of times. It eventually sold for 9% below the original asking price (see comments below on the valuation. I think generally agents are struggling to price properties in the current market). The team persevered over a few months, in the difficult market, and we eventually sold the property for an acceptable price. Calum and George kept me fully apprised of any developments, i got feedback after each viewing, and we worked effectively together to adjust the asking price and eventually negotiate the sale. My experience with HM was significantly better in terms of their client service and communication, than i have experienced with other agents in Bristol and London. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other sellers. Paul L

Everyone at Hollis Morgan has been really helpful throughout the process of selling my flat. In particular they really came in to their own after a buyer had been found because after the initial acceptance of an offer things can often unravel and sales can fall through, but I can say that Hollis Morgan were excellent at making sure the sale went through as smoothly as possible. I have used other agents in the past and this is often where agents can be very poor but Hollis Morgan were brilliant at keeping the momentum of the sale going. In addition, when viewings were taking place they were obviously getting legitimate buyers through the door, rather than trying to impress me with lots of viewings from time wasters, which is something that I think other agents are very guilty of. Overall Hollis Morgan have been really good to work with and have been streets ahead of other agents that I have used in terms of their level of professionalism at every stage of the selling process. I had valuations from about half a dozen local estate agencies before seeing a Sold by Hollis Morgan sign outside a flat on the next block to mine. Olly came round to value my flat, gave me the highest valuation together with the lowest fee and a great amount of confidence that the property could be sold quickly. True to word, Calum came round the next day to take photos then Mike took over to do viewings. We had an above asking price offer from the first day of viewings and then another on the second day. I accepted the first offer which was then withdrawn, but Mike dealt with this so professionally that I was never stressed about it, he already had a back-up offer there for me to accept and I was able to move on and find a house to buy. And because of Hollis Morgan selling my flat for well over what I expected to get for it, I was able to offer over asking price on the house I wanted to secure a sale in an extremely competitive market. I first put the property on with Hollis Morgan last year and was disappointed that it didn't sell. I decided to give them another opportunity this year as they were keen to prove their worth and their determination to want to sell the house impressed me. After re-instructing them in late January, they had 5 viewings booked in the first week and the house was sold with 5 days of being marketed and very close to the asking price. Contracts were exchanged on 2.4.15 with completion fixed for 15.4.15. 14 Viewings in the first 48 hours of marketing...

Having had various valuations I chose to market my flat with Olly and Calum of Hollis Morgan in Clifton Village, within 24  hours of their instruction we had the details live and on the internet with great photos and attention to detail. I decided to sell a High Yield Investment Property in Clifton comprising of the freehold divided as five self-contained flats. I instructed Hollis Morgan alongside another Estate Agent on a joint sole agency basis with a long stop auction date if the Investment failed to sell by private treaty. The agreement between both agencies was on a winner takes all basis. In property career lastingover 30years in the city I have never dealt with a firm that is more efficient than Hollis Morgan. The particulars were settled within three days, the property was marketed immediately and I received an offer the following week and exchanged the week after that. The entire process from instruction to exchange of contracts took three weeks and one day and to those who say buying and selling property takes a long time they need to instruct Hollis Morgan and a speedy firm of solicitors. Others had tried and failed. Our property was unique, looked fantastic,but would only appeal to a minority. It required stealth,perseverance,patience.
